We want you to be delighted with the products you buy from The Immersive World Crafter. If you do change your mind, you can return your purchase in its original condition within 30 days. You’ll just need the receipt, order confirmation, or sales invoice. We will exchange the product or issue a refund.

Refunds or exchanges cannot be offered on products that have been cut to size, commissioned or mixed to your individual requirements.

If the product you purchase is faulty, or not as described, we may offer an exchange, refund or repair as appropriate.

Your consumer rights are not affected.

If the product you purchase is faulty, we may offer a repair, exchange or refund as appropriate in accordance with your consumer rights.

Call 07989 159 104 to arrange a collection with proof of purchase and the credit or debit card used for payment or you may be declined a refund or exchange.

Delivery

The Immersive World Crafter aims to deliver orders to UK customers within 3-5 working days of product availability. If you have requested a bespoke product, commission service or purchased item(s) mixed to your individual requirements, we require preparation time to fulfil the request as communicated before the sale. We understand how important it is for you to receive your goods when you expect them. You are advised to make sure someone is available at your delivery address within working hours to receive your order.

All our orders are sent with Royal Mail via your normal post.

Please keep in mind that we cannot guarantee delivery times as they are only estimates. Regrettably, we are unable to refund delivery costs in the event that the delivery date does not meet the provided estimates.
